After seeing about 15 vacant lots over several weeks, finally the 16th one was the lot purchased with the help of Mrs Phi. She took care of all the necessary details, print out documents and pooled important documentation in regards everything. I have to mention that due to my job I had no suitable car to drive around so Mrs Phi was very kind to come pick me up and drive me around covering allot of miles to see the selected lots.
